01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies published by nn7775:

• "Platform" refers to the nn7775 website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at nn7775.com.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the nn7775 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the nn7775 Platform.
• "Operator" or "We" or "nn7775" refers to the company operating the nn7775 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using actual currency, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required under applicable Philippine regulations.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the nn7775 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of nn7775 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

By completing the registration process and creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. nn7775 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or other acceptable identity document.

03 Account Responsibilities

Each Player is responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of their nn7775 Account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You may hold only one active Account on the nn7775 Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. nn7775 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You must notify nn7775 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. nn7775 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, accurate and up to date. Outdated contact information may delay account verification and withdrawal processing.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your Account is personal to you and must not be used by any other individual, including family members.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nn7775 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. nn7775 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard banking processing times, which may vary depending on the sending institution.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. These limits may be adjusted by nn7775 at any time with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. nn7775 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• nn7775 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Any Real Money Balance that has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Account settings. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

nn7775 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside nn7775's control. Players are advised to check with their payment provider for applicable charges.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

nn7775 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from your Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is applied to the bonus amount only. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games that are designated as eligible for bonus wagering. Certain games, including but not limited to live dealer tables and specific slot titles, may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
• nn7775 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a Player has met the wagering requirement, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or exploitation of promotional terms – will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.

06 Gameplay & Wagering

The following terms apply to all gaming activity conducted on the nn7775 Platform:

• All games available on nn7775 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of nn7775's systems.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. nn7775 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or where a game result is determined to be invalid.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. nn7775 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• nn7775 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game or for any Player at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings from games played with Real Money Balance are withdrawable subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Winnings from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nn7775 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including coordinating bets in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the nn7775 Platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, where a Player disputes a legitimate transaction with their payment provider after receiving services from nn7775.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the nn7775 Platform, including but not limited to the nn7775 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software, is the intellectual property of nn7775 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from nn7775.
• Use the nn7775 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any content or software from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of nn7775's intellectual property may result in legal action. Players who become aware of unauthorized use of nn7775's intellectual property are encouraged to report it to our support team.

09 Privacy & Data

nn7775 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding data handling at nn7775 include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• nn7775 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the provision of services.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nn7775 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond nn7775's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by a Player based on information provided on the Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional materials.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit nn7775's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Termination

nn7775 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a notification from a recognized responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.

Upon termination for cause, nn7775 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Balance remaining in a suspended Account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law and regulatory requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting nn7775 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who have concerns or complaints regarding the nn7775 Platform are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. nn7775 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, Players may seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
